Thank you for purchasing from Seekhodigi.
We create digital products designed to help you learn faster, grow your skills, and build new income opportunities.

Because our products are instantly delivered digital items, our refund policy works a little differently than physical products. We want to be transparent and fair, while also protecting our content from misuse.

Digital Products — No Refund After Access

All products sold through Seekhodigi are digital (e-books, courses, templates, tools, PDFs, trainings, etc.).

Once a product is delivered and access is granted:

Refunds are not available.

This is because digital items cannot be “returned” after downloading or viewing.

However — your satisfaction matters to us.
If you face any issue, we will do our best to support you.

If You Face Technical Problems

If you:

cannot download the product
did not receive access link
link is not opening
file is corrupted

We will:

2️⃣ resend the product/access
3️⃣ provide alternative download support if required

We will continue helping until the issue is resolved.

Exceptional Refund Consideration

In rare cases, if we are genuinely unable to provide access even after full support, the case may be reviewed and:

A partial or full refund may be approved — at our sole discretion.

Refunds are not provided for reasons like:

“I changed my mind”
“I don’t want it anymore”
“I thought it was something else but didn’t read the details”
“I no longer need it”
“I didn’t use it”

We strongly encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice accidentally, please email us with proof.

We will verify and issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

Incorrect Product Delivered

If the wrong product is delivered, inform us — we will replace it with the correct one at no cost.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We kindly request customers to contact us first before raising payment disputes.

We are happy to help and resolve issues quickly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of future access.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within:

7–10 working days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
